The kids panning event was held on 13 March 2025 at 4 P.M. with 10 kids participating.
The kids metal detecting event was a big hit with the kids. Volunteers had a great time teaching the kids how to metal detect while the kids were awarded with finding $200 in quarters.
The March outing will be held at Arizona Sunset Sheds, 79 West Main across from the post office at 9 a.m. Follow the signs to the area out behind. Parking will be available out behind Sunset Sheds. There will be a coin hunt sponsored by Arizona Sunset Sheds. Not sure what they have in store for us but bring your detector, come out and find out. There will also be the regular washer toss contest, the corn hole contest as well at the panning contest and the metal detecting test for don’t forget your favorite coin detector.
