The club is built on volunteers, so if we have no volunteers, we have no club.
The annual after school kids programs of metal detecting and gold panning were both a great success. Thanks to all the QMDC volunteers that made it possible.
The Quartzsite Metal Detecting Club donated $1000 worth of much needed kraft and educational materials for the after-school program kids. The kids will certainly have fun with all of this.
Congratulations to Gary Hughes for find the hidden wallet. Gary was awarded a $100 piece of gold at the March 5th meeting.
